I entered the password to unlock one of the downloadable software programs I purchased from your site, but the password did not work.
Did you use the correct password?
- The first password in your e-mail receipt is used to access the downloadble area for purchased software at our website.
- The second password in your e-mail receipt is used to unlock the sofware you downloaded.
Double check to make sure you are using the correct password. Always copy and paste the requested passwords. Do not type them from your keyboard.
